    The club room was spacious, and we loved the fine views. The pool area was a perfect spot to chill, and food options were delicious. Don't miss the afternoon tea and the amazing breakfast spread. Great location for visiting attractions.

    The place was clean and superior, had very caring and really caring staff with extremely happy and pleasant staff members. Enjoyed the signature room with a great view, wouldn't mind staying there all day. An electric kettle and glassware were available.

    Some parts shine, others fall flat

    The hotel's atmosphere and staff stood out! Excellent service, especially from the reception team.

    The location wasn't ideal. The roads were often congested.

    The staff went above and beyond, especially Betty and Sheriff in the club lounge, making us feel welcome. The view from our terrace of the skyline was nothing short of amazing.

    I requested an early check-in but ended up with a delayed check-in instead. The reception staff were unhelpful and provided incorrect information about amenities, which wasted our time. Even after I tried to extend my stay, they kept calling and disturbing me until I had to explain their mistake to a staff member who didn't bother to apologize.

    This was a surprise for my wife .we had made a pact to meet in Raffles Singapore ......... Working in Dubai was great to see raffles .......Mwife cried at the experience for 2 hours ...........the shher warmth of the experience .............the fabulous treatment she recieved .............the personal message from maye the butler totally humbled ann ........... the food and service in the steak restaurant was totally natural no boss looking over our waiters shoulder ..........unlike the Hyatt park where the waiters were very efficient but totally stressed .............well done raffles ................... to quote ann Raffles we love you .............

    We could not stay for longer .................... only because Ann was here for only two weeks ...................
